国际学院关于新冠病毒肺炎疫情防控的通告(四)

--关于继续推迟开学和不得提前返校的通知

全体国际学生：

根据《广西壮族自治区区应对新冠肺炎疫情做好春季开学工作电视电话会议》文件精神，结合全球新冠病毒肺炎疫情的发展形势及浦京集团实际情况，现就中国和学校的最新的防疫规定向浦京集团全体国际学生通告如下：

一、在全球疫情还没有得到根本控制之前，为保障全校师生的身体健康及校园的安全，学校决定：国际学生仍继续以“网课教学”等方式居家开展教学活动。返校的具体的时间，请耐心等待学校通知。

二、在接到学校正式的返校通知前，所有学生，一律不得提前返校，境外学生也一律不得入境中国。如果不按学校的规定执意提前回校或入境中国的， 已违反了校纪校规和国家相关的传染病防疫法，除将受到学校的处分，还会受到国家法律的制裁。

以上通告，相互转告，共同遵守，违者将受到处罚。

Notice on epidemic prevention and control of novel coronavirus pneumonia( the fourth edition)

Notice of further postponement of the start of new term and no early return to school

All international students:

In accordance with the document issued at teleconference of Guangxi zhuang autonomous region respond to covid-19 epidemic situation in the spring, and in combination with the global situation of the development of novel coronavirus pneumonia and the actual situation of our school, we hereby inform all the international students of the latest epidemic prevention regulations of China and the university as follows:

Firstly, before the global epidemic has been fundamentally controlled, the school has decided that international students will continue to conduct teaching and learning activities at home in the form of online class in order to ensure the health of all the teachers and students and the safety of the campus, Please wait patiently for the school notice for the specific time of returning to school.

Secondly, students who are staying outside campus now not allowed to return to campus in advance before receiving the official notice of returning, and  international students who are staying abroad now are not allowed to enter China. If he/she does not comply with the school's regulations and insists on returning to school in advance or entering China, he/she will be punished by the school as well as the national law on epidemic prevention.

Above announcement please inform each other and abide by jointly, the offender will be punished.
